This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled when you book, cancel, or modify a service through the AutoGTG website or mobile app. Our goal is to ensure fairness for both our customers and our verified service partners.

Eligibility for Refunds

If you book a service through AutoGTG and decide to cancel it before the mechanic or service provider has begun the work, you are eligible for a full refund. Refunds apply only when the service has not been started or fulfilled. Once the assigned mechanic begins or completes the service, refunds cannot be issued as the work and resources have already been committed to your request.

Cancellation by the Customer



You may cancel your booking through the AutoGTG app or website before the mechanic arrives or begins work. When a valid cancellation is made, we initiate the refund process immediately. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing speed.

Cancellation by AutoGTG or Service Partner

In rare cases, a booking may be canceled by AutoGTG or a service partner due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of a mechanic, unsafe conditions, or technical issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for any payment made, or you may choose to reschedule your service at no additional cost.

No Refund After Service Fulfillment

Once a mechanic or service provider has arrived and started or completed the requested service, no refund will be issued. This policy applies even if you are dissatisfied with the outcome, unless there has been a proven case of negligence or poor service quality verified by AutoGTG’s support team. Our support team may review such cases individually and take necessary actions, including partial compensation or re-service, at our discretion.

Processing of Refunds

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Refunds typically appear in your bank or wallet account within 5 to 7 business days. AutoGTG is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment gateways beyond our control.

If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have encountered an issue with a service, please contact our support team immediately. Our team will review the situation in detail and work toward a fair resolution. We aim to provide transparent and customer-friendly solutions for all refund and service-related disputes.
